Meet Our Team

Curt Visser – Founder, CEO

Curt started Property Revolution with his brother in 2017. “We saw a need for quality contractors who would do what they said they would do.” It’s important to us that your experience with Property Revolution is different from our past experiences as homeowners. We dealt with contractors who were not honest, efficient, or reliable, and who did not produce quality work. Our mission is to change that.”

Curt resides in Allegan County with his wife and three kids. He enjoys grilling steaks for family and friends and crafting homemade pizza in his wood-burning stone pizza oven.
Perry Bergman – Project Consultant

Perry’s favorite aspect of his job is helping to complete projects that make customers happy. Outside of work, he enjoys swimming and relaxing by his pool, doing yard work, and riding his Harley Davidson. Born and raised in Kalamazoo, Perry has spent most of his life there, with the exception of the seven years he served in the military in New Mexico and Munich, Germany. Perry’s favorite cuisine is Mexican—”all of it!”
Amandalynn Rogers – Project Consultant

Amanda’s favorite part of working at Property Revolution is helping homeowners envision their dream projects and then bringing them to life. She finds joy in witnessing the transformation from start to finish and guiding homeowners every step of the way.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her dogs and boyfriend, often embarking on outdoor adventures like hiking, biking, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Her favorite food is seafood, with crab being at the top of her list!
Riley Griffin – Project Consultant

“My previous role as Project Facilitator here was the perfect training ground to help our clients with the multitude of services we offer,” says Riley. “I truly care about each project I work on, and it’s incredibly satisfying to deliver quality products and craftsmanship every time.”
Born and raised in Paw Paw, Michigan, Riley is dedicated to making customer dreams a reality. Outside of work, he loves hunting and fishing, especially for bass. He eagerly anticipates the next hunting season and dreams of exploring Colorado for hunting adventures.
Todd Klein – Project Consultant

Todd finds great satisfaction in helping homeowners resolve issues, and build on the dreams they have for their homes. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting deer, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. His favorite fishing spot is Mawson Lake, and he loves going to Holland Beach with his family.

Todd’s favorite food is lasagna, and he has a special place in his heart for Italian food. Born in Belding, Michigan, and raised in Ionia, he also spent a year in Germany while serving in the military. Todd enjoys visiting Tennessee, especially Chattanooga and Pigeon Forge, where he spends time with friends and indulges in local activities.
Brent Ufkes – Production Manager

Brent oversees project and crew scheduling, as well as vital customer communication. Hailing from Kalamazoo, Michigan, he brings a wealth of experience in construction and management, with nearly two decades at Universal Forest Products. Outside of work, Brent finds joy in golfing and cherishes family time above all.
Ashley Rogers – Assistant Production Manager

Ashley plays a crucial role in ensuring all project materials are stocked, prepared, and delivered for each project. Outside of work, she enjoys hunting, fishing, raising goats, and reading in her hammock. She also loves home-cooked meals… steak and potatoes!
Angela Cole – Office Administrator

When Angela isn’t handling calls and emails, she’s integral to our sales administration. Outside of work, she finds joy in painting, drawing, playing tabletop games with friends, and is currently learning Mandarin Chinese.
Tabitha Adrion – Office Director

Tabitha brings a wealth of knowledge and administration experience which surely contributes to the growth and success of the organization.

Tabitha says “I have 2 teenagers that take up most of my extra time and money! When I do have some extra time, I love to read and spend time with my family and friends.”
Mark Ludmer – Marketing Director

Mark’s background in sales and marketing management, coupled with his expertise in audio and video production, makes him a valuable asset to our team. Originally from Los Angeles, Mark recently relocated to Grand Rapids, Michigan, with his wife Terri and their 11-year-old son. Mark shared, “My wife was born and raised in Grand Rapids! With Terri’s large network of family and friends here, it felt like the perfect place for us.”
In addition to his professional skills, Mark is a passionate musician and recording engineer. He occasionally performs internationally with a Led Zeppelin tribute band.
Brandon Buchino – Crew Leader

Brandon has been a part of Property Revolution since 2018, bringing two decades of contracting expertise. As a Crew Leader, he prioritizes smooth, professional execution of every project. “What I love most about being a Crew Leader at Property Revolution is watching the final project come to life,” says Brandon. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, kayaking, attending concerts, and making memories with his kids and family.
Tony Heintzelman – Crew Leader

Tony, one of our dedicated and long-time crew leaders, spends his free time enjoying the outdoors through hunting, fishing, and off-roading adventures.

Jon Hopkins – Crew Leader

While his flowing locks might suggest a career in shampoo commercials, Jon is all about the great outdoors. When he’s not leading projects, you’ll find him hunting or fishing, making the most of Michigan’s warm seasons. We’re sure he’s looking forward to spending more time outside as the weather heats up!

Christian Daniels – Crew Leader

Christian shares, “I’d say my favorite part about working at Property Revolution is the sense of family. We’re really tight, and really close, which I like. Plus, I love the building aspect of the job—it’s great to learn and create.”
Outside of work, he enjoys skateboarding and extreme sports, and he’s also passionate about making music as a singer and songwriter. He cherishes spending time with his wife, whom he considers his best friend.
When it comes to food, his favorites are Mexican and Chinese dishes, particularly tacos and coconut chicken.
Nick Martin – Crew Member
Josiah Finney – Crew Member

Josiah is passionate about his work. “I love roofing. It’s the best! Just show up and rack out some shingles… it’s the best part, no thinking just laying… it’s great, I love it, it’s so much fun!  Then, building decks! Framing them is the best part. You start off with nothing and get to see actual progress in a couple of hours, it’s so nice.”
When he’s not working, Josiah enjoys running, hanging out with friends, and working on his vehicles, which are often ‘clappers’—old, barely-running cars. As for favorite foods: PIZZA!
Phillip Coryell – Crew Member

Phillip is part of our crew as a fence installer. He actually came up with a more efficient fence gate design that our contractors use today! We asked Phillip what he likes most about his job? He says “Well, I do pretty much something different every day. A lot of different things.”

Phillip was born in Grand Rapids and lived in Hastings for ten years. He then moved to Iowa for a year before spending the rest of his high school years in Hamilton. After high school, he returned to Grand Rapids for four years and later moved to Orange Vale, where he has been living for the past four years.
Today, Phillip enjoys being a dad to his young daughter. When asked about his favorite foods, he replied “Steak. Potatoes, lasagna. Pretty much all American staples,  you know? Burgers!”
Parker King – Crew Member

“One of the best parts of working at Property Revolution is the opportunity to continuously learn new things and share that knowledge with others. When I’m not working, I enjoy fishing, playing basketball, and video games. As for my favorite food, it’s definitely fajitas.”

Tyler Starr – Crew Member

“I’d say my specialty is probably siding. But I’ve been doing a lot of decking lately.“ Tyler’s favorite things to do on the Job? “Probably demolition. I like to tear things up. I’m good at breaking things. So when we have to tear down a fence or a deck… It’s all exciting!”

When he’s not “tearing things up”,  Tyler says “I enjoy hanging out with my wife. I‘ll also enjoy hopefully watching the Lions win the Super Bowl this year. That’d be awesome this year. Yeah, because they were one game away last year. And then I also enjoy hunting and fishing.”

And what foods are your favorite Tyler? “Steak. Medium rare steak, maybe, side of fries with that.”

Kole Visser – Crew Member

“I do fences a lot, but a little bit of everything. I enjoy getting experience working on a lot of different projects, and meeting people.”

In his free time, Kole likes going to the gym and doing mixed martial arts. His favorite food is burritos! Mexican!

Nathan Preston – Crew Member

Nathan came to us with 3 years of construction work under his belt making him perfectly poised to jump into a crew team at Property Revolution. We asked Nathan what he likes best about his duties as a crew member. “Anything demo!” He likes ripping stuff apart and then rebuilding it as new. “I like doing it, I like the people I work with. They’re good people!”

We asked Nathan what he does for fun: “I like to ride motorcycles.  Currently, I have a Honda CVR 1000 sports bike. Really… any dangerous sport! Snowmobiling. Football. I played high school football with the Grand Valley Christian Patriots. I’d love to try parachuting, bungee jumping, or anything like that. I like Bonfires, and hanging out with friends.

Nic Visser – Project Facilitator

Nic excels in organizing and overseeing roofing and siding projects, managing 2 to 3 crews simultaneously to ensure each project runs seamlessly. He works closely with homeowners, communicating project timelines and making sure everything is in place for the team’s arrival. As the primary point of contact, Nic is the friendly and reliable face homeowners see on-site, always available to address any concerns and ensure that every project meets the highest standards.
In addition to his main role, Nic supports Brandon and Tony with deck tear-outs and cleanup tasks. His background in working on a family crop farm, where he operated sprayers and other heavy equipment, has equipped him with valuable skills in machinery handling and attention to detail. Outside of work, Nic enjoys spending quality time with his family.
